SRU Digital Collections include photographs, postcards, yearbooks, radio broadcasts, publications, and nearly 100 years of ¾¨Ó㴫ý's history in the form of campus newspapers. Slippery Rock Digital Collections are part of the KLN (Keystone Library Network) Digital Collections which uses both Islandora and CONTENTdm to manage the digital collections.

SRU archives utilizes Archive-It to preserve SRU affiliated webpages. Some highlights include previous versions of the main SRU website and the Bailey Library website as well as the now defunct RockPride Online.

The Saxigena was Slippery Rock’s yearbook from 1911-2007. This collection includes the full run of digitized issues from the University Archives as well as the 1898 Class Annual, the 1910 Anamnisis, and the 2006-2007 digital only edition.

The Rocket (1934-present) is ¾¨Ó㴫ý’s student newspaper. The University Archives provides digital copies of the entire run of the paper. See also .

Shared Voices, Shared Experiences is a rapid-response archive project aimed at collecting, preserving and sharing experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the lives of everyone connected to ¾¨Ó㴫ý and the surrounding communities. 

¾¨Ó㴫ý Archives, in partnership with the  is looking to capture the experiences of ¾¨Ó㴫ý community members, (regardless of their geographic location during the Spring 2020 semester), as well as the experiences of local residents of Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, and Beaver counties. to view or contribute to the collection.
